The translator for the phone call should be sorted out this week, which i cant wait. Also, we are sending her a first letter with photo's etc, shortly.

Finding Maria has really made the family quite excited.

Apparently, the Russians burnt my grandfathers house - so i've been told. Not sure when this could of happended, but will find out more in due time.

I have also been in contact with someone with a surname Petrusiak (or similiar) she is helping me also with information as a result of the article and her grandfather is keeping my grandfathers property clean or something like that. I'm not fully understanding if the house completley burnt , or partial,  will wait for answers....

Gotta say, its pretty cool to have a new cousin, its just a bit sad that my uncle died only a few years ago in Rozen Maly - wish he was still around.

Not yet, unfortunatley - we have to rely on the translator to phone again.. i had expected her to call again this weekend.. (yesterday/today)

Try to send her sms with couple of words, because she do waits for your call (I've talked with her yesterday).

Rather excited at sending that sms, must admit.

Hope it arrived - my mobile phone program was giving me problems with Ukrainian language, but all sorted and sent!
