hello
im searching for some information about my grandmother.
her name was Helene Matyczuk/Matejczuk.I have the certification of immigration to germany in 1941.It contains that Helene Matejczuk is born on 12.6.1885 in Pokowa,Distr. Kosów in Poland/in that time Galicia now Ukrain, but i never found anything about Pokowa. She and her husband Franz Kazimirzki born 9.3.1875 in Dorna Vatra/ Rumania went with their 5 children to East Germany where Helene died 26.3.1971 in Zschepplin near Leipzig. If there is anybody who knows something about Pokowa or about my grandparent, please tell me.
Greetings

And about lastname, maybe it right called Matiychak - Матійчак, if its right its original Kosiv distr. lastname. From 8 lastnames Matiychak in contactbook, 7 live in Kosiv.
